The other target was the beaches between Paolo and Capri. Three aircraft
thought they located barges in small numbers which were bombed without visible results. The rest attacked rail and road communications
and many sticks were seen to burst across railways and bridges causing fires. Visibility was good with no cloud. Owing to fog our
aircraft had to be diverted to No236 wing and 61RSU where all landed safely. There was no opposition.
