The formation of 330 Wing RAF took place on 5th May and Group Captain J. Powell DSO took command of the wing which comprised of 142 and 150 Squadrons. The Squadrons moved on this day to Fontaine Chaude near the village of Pasteur which is 3000ft above sealevel. The Squadrons remained at Fontaine Chaude until the 25th May. During that time F/Lt Langlois flew nine missions.
